.In the process of constructing the harmonious society,there are many disharmony factors:excessive concern about the total growth of economy,neglecting the coordination of the economic development and the common development of all social members,economic transition,the unreasonable distribution system,increasing social conflicts,and increased costs of(social) management.Thus the constructing of harmonious community must speed up economic development,social integration and rational allocation of capital,lower social operating costs.
