On building a harmonious society and rate of economic growth

Economic growth is the basic material foundation of all social development while a harmonious society provides the environment for rapid economic growth.However,there is not a direct relationship between the two aspects.Instead,they influence each other through social distribution.In the later transitional period of society,interest competition led to the division of social classes and the distance between them at the same time of promoting economic growth.In order to resolve contradictions and benefit the majority of society,it is necessary to make economic growth serve the objective of harmonious social development through social distribution.
