Abstract

Teachers' training has a great bearing on the improvement of teachers'qualities.There- fore,the current teacher training must be systematically planned to realize the modernization of Capital's teacher training.And the training must be implemented in a research-oriented attitude and method and be evaluated in a scientific way.
