Observation of Yiqiyangyinhuayu decoction on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqiyangyinhuayu decoction on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods 60 patients with early DN were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the control group received basic treatment including controlling diet and hypoglycemic therapy.30 patients in the treatment group received Yiqiyangyinhuayu decoction on the basis of basic treatment of control treatment.The therapeutic course was 3 months in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group(83.3%) was higher than that in control group(70.0%,P0.05).The symptoms score after treatment were lower than those before treatment in two groups(P0.05,P0.01).The symptoms score in treatment group was lower than that in control group after treatment(P0.01).UAER in treatment group was lower than that in control group after treatment(P0.01).Conclusion Yiqiyangyinhuayu decoction has positive effect on early DN,and was worthy of clinical application.
