Lurongfang Decoction for Early Diabetic Nephropathy Randomized Controlled Study

[Objective]To observe Lurongfang Decoction for early diabetic nephropathy of clinical curative effect.[Methods]Randomized controlled method,300 patients were randomly divided into two groups by Sequencing.The control group of 150 patients with Losartan Potassium treatment. The treatment group of 150patients,using the the treatment of Lurongfang Decoction medicinal(Lujiaopian,Buguzhi,Roucongrong,Shengdi,Tusizi,Huangqi,Yimucao,Huainiuxi). They were treated for a course of treatment,each course of eight weeks to determine efficacy.[Results]Treatment group,82cases were markedly effective,59cases were effective,9 cases were invalid,the total efficiency of 94%.Control group,47 cases were markedly effective,60 cases were effective,43 cases were invalid,the total effective rate of 71.33%. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P0.05),significantly better than the control group and the treatment group.[Conclusion]Lurongfang decoction in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy contribute to a better treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
