Observation of Argatroban in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the best in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods The incidence of6hin our hospital were chosen,for time period 6-24 hin acute stage of cerebral infarction 80 cases each,were randomly divided into treatment group 40 cases and control group of 40 cases.The patients of control group were given routine treatment such as:expansion and Huoxue etc.The treatment group in the conventional treatment based on the given argatroban injection,24 hours of onset for 120 mg within48hours continuous static point,and then 10 mg saline 250 mL two times daily static point 5days,3hours per bottle static point.During the treatment,monitoring of blood routine and liver function,blood coagulation function,before and after treatment to assess the 14 dinto the NIHSS.Results NIHSS score results improved significantly compared with the control group,with significant differences between the two groups(P0.05).The treatment group and the control group total effectiveness respectively is 87.5%,63.75%,there was significant difference between two groups(P0.05).There was no adverse reaction in two groups.Conclusion Effect of early acute cerebral infarction of argatroban therapy significantly,curative effect.
