On Teaching Force Training for Bilingual Education

Abstract

The success of the Bilingual Education lies in the teaching forces. However, the teaching force training of Bilingual Education in china is almost a blank spot. By analyzing the status quo of the bilingual teachers in china, this paper attempts to set forth the necessity and the urgency of the teaching force training for Bilingual Education and put forward the quality standard of the bilingual teachers and some suggestions on how to train teachers for Bilingual Education.
