Study on the Effect of Danqu Lipid-lowering Granule on Serum Lipid and Hemorheology in Rat with Hyperlipidemia

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Danqu Lipid-lowering Granule on serum lipid and hemorheology in rat with hyperlipidemia.Method:The experimental model rats with hyperlipidemia were established by feeding high lipid foodstuff,meanwhile,drugs were administered.Two weeks later,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)and blood viscosity were measured.Result:The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and blood viscosity in the model rats with hyperlipidemia were all increased significantly compared with the control rats,and the level of HDL-C was decreased significantly.While the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and blood viscosity in the rats administered with Danqu Lipid-lowering Granule were all improved significantly,but the effect was not notable in the level of HDL-C.Conclusion:The Danqu Lipid-lowering Granule could improve the serum lipid and hemorheology in rat with hyperlipidemia significantly.It provided the scientific data for the further application in clinical practices.
