The Therapeutic Effect of Mifepristone Combined with Sanjiezhentong Capsule for Endometriosis after Laparoscopic Operation

Objective: To discuss the therapeutic effect of mifepristone combined with Sanjiezhentong capsule for endometriosis following laparoscopic operation.Method:168 endometriosis patients in our department who accepted conservative surgery were divided into two groups randomly,the treatment group and the control group.Patients of the treatment group(88 cases) were treated with mifepristone combined with Sanjiezhentong capsule,which of the control group(80 cases) were treated with mifepristone only.And compared the clinical effect and serum CA125 of the two groups.Result: In comparison with the control group,total effective rate in the treatment group were significantly higher(P0.05).The serum CA125 showed significant difference before treatment in the two groups(P0.05).In comparison with the control group,serum CA125 was significantly lower in the treatment group after the treatment(P0.05).Conclusion: Mifepristone combined with Sanjiezhentong capsule is a safe and efficient treatment method for endometriosis following laparoscopic operation.
