Study on Extraction Method of Gastrodin from Huafeng Dan

Abstract

Objective To study the extraction of Gastrodin.Methods Using reflux and ultrasonic to extract and the content of Gastrodin was determined by HPLC to optimize the extracting condition.Results The optimal condition was as follows: adding chloroform 40mL to extract by ultrasonic for 40min,then filter the chloroform,adding methanol 40mL extracted for 40min again.Conclusion The optimal method was feasible,effective and had the operability.
