Optimization of extraction technology of Rhizoma Gastrodiae by orthogonal test

Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Rhizoma Gastrodiae.Methods The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal design,while the content of gastrodin and extraction rate were used as index.The factors of the concentration and amount of alcohol,times of extraction were studied.Results The optimum extraction process were as follows:extracting twice with 6 times amount of 60% alcohol for 2 h.Conclusion The process was efficient,stable and suitable for the extraction technology of Rhizoma Gastrodiae.
