Abstract
A series of waterborne polyurethane(WPU) emulsion was prepared with TDI,N220,DEG and DMPAas raw materials.The effects of acetone content,DPMA content,emulsion solid content,neutralization degreeand neutralizer kinds on the viscosity of WPU emulsion were studied.The research result showed that emulsionviscosity was increased with the increase of neutralization degree and DPMA content,the emulsion viscosity havetrend of decreased-increased-decreased with increase of acetone content.The change of emulsion viscosity waslittle in low solid content but increased obviously in high solid content with increase of solid content.Integrationperformance of WPU emulsion with TEA as neutralizer was best.
