Abstract
In this paper,the experimental method of obtaining high solid content and the low viscidity acrylate emulsion had been a lot of research and discussion.The high solid content,the low viscosity(300~1000mpa?s),the polymer emulsion compared with common emulsion under(55%) solid content,The lower energy consumption and low viscosity enabled producing that could go on smoothly on a large scale.This text used compound emulsifier(OP-10 and R12SO4Na) and added emulsifier processing quadratic nucleation in the course of polymerization.The experiment used the method of polymerization to produce seed emulsion.
