Abstract

In China,it is necessary to build a unified criterion to judge the crime number. The acts in constitution of crime are taken as a standard to determine the number of crimes and thus the single act of crime will be excluded while the plural act of crime or the untypical single act with multiple consequences will not be considered as one crime. The object of a crime, the subject of crime can explain its reasons why they are not punished as several crimes. The two-level criterion fits the constitution of crime in China and is good for determining the positioning of number of crime and unification of standards.
