Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy for atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia. Methods The clinical data of 104cases with coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia was taken for retrospective analysis.According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into the treatment group and the control group, and 52patients in each group. The treatment group was taken with atorvastatin treatment, and the control group was taken with simvastatin. The clinical results after treatment of lipid levels(TG,TC,LDL-C,HDLC),and adverse events of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.54%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 75.00%.There were with significant differences between the two groups,P0.05.The levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C were without significant differences before treatment,P0.05.8weeks after treatment, the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C were significantly lower than the control group, HDL-C level was significantly higher than the control group,P0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 5.77%,which was significantly lower than the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in patients was 11.54%,P0.05.Conclusion The effect of atorvastatin in treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia lipid-lowering is obvious.
