Abstract
City brings advanced culture and technology;meanwhile,innovative knowledge,living environment with high amenity,and diversified human environment drive city growth as well.Reviewing the literatures on innovative cities,the paper explored main problems and make suggestions on innovative city construction in case of Dalian.
