Research on the Mechanism of Interactive Development between Innovative Industrial Clusters and Innovative Cities—Taking Shantou City of Guangdong Province as an Example

Abstract

This paper analyzed the interactive relations between innovative industry cluster and innovative city. The analysis showed that innovative industry cluster has played an important role in promoting innovative city construction. At the same time,the construction of an innovative city can promote the development of creative industry cluster. Combined with the process and idea of the development of industry cluster and innovative city in Shantou,this paper proposed the strategy for promoting interactive development of innovative industry cluster and innovative city.
