Abstract

The extract of Pueraria lobata is determined by TLC,the R f values of puerarin, daidzin, daidzein, formononetin are 0.21,0.34,0.56 and 0.76 respectively in the spread system. At the same time, the isoflavones of the extract from determimed by CC UV. Determination wavelength was set at 249 nm,The regression equation is A=0.046+92.55C(r=0.999 8).The average recovery rate of this method is 99.1% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0.71.
