Abstract
Objective: To evaluate clinical the effect of KHFS ZN nanomaterial as root canal filling in treating therapy resistant apical periodontits.Methods:Sixty cases of therapy resistant apical periodontitis were evenly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The patients in treated group was administered with KHFS ZN nanomaterial in root canals; another with zinc oxide eugenol cement. And after operation,response of patients was evaluated.Results:Root canal filling with KHFS ZN nanomaterial was effective in 23 cases and invalidm in 7 cases.Conclusion:A better clinical result can be obtained with KHFS ZN nanomaterial in root canal filling in therapy resistant apical periodotitis.
