Abstract

The selection of virus-free potato plantlets(Min 1 and Favorita potato) to MS as basic medium,of 3 kinds of plant growth regulators in potato seedlings in vitro the role of observation after the test tube Seedling growth of agronomic traits.The results showed that: in the MS medium supplemented with 0.3~0.6 mg·L-1 to S-3307 can make the tubes thicker rhizosphere and stem,leaf increases;can delay the growth of plantlets,extended culture time,reduce the number of subculture.
