Clinical effect observation of two drugs association application in treatment of hyperlipidemia

Objective To investigate the effect of two drugs association application in treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods 60 cases with hyperlipidemia were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases of each.The observe group received the treatment of fenofibrate combined with simvastatin,and the control group received the treatment of fenofibrate release capsules combined with atorvastatin,the effect and safty were evaluated.Results TC,LDL-C,HDL-C and TG of the two group after treatment were superior to those before treatment,and there were significant differencs in them respectively(P0.05).TC,LDL-C,HDL-C and TG in the observation group was same to those in control group,and there were no significant difference(P0.05).The total effective rates of the two groups were no significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion The two drugs association application can improve the level of blood fat and control the adverse side effect of drug effectively,so they are worth being used.
