Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of cilostazol and methycobal on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 40 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into a therapeutic group(20 cases) and control group(20 cases). The patients of the therapeutic group were treated with cilostazol, whereas the patients of the control group were only treated with methycobal for 6 weeks. The other therapeutic methods of the two group were not different. Results The neural symptoms and the peripheral nerve conduction velocity of in the therapeutic group were more improved than that in the control(P0.01).Conclusion The therapeutic effects of cilostazol combined methycobal on diabetic peripheral neuropathy is more obvious than that of methycobal.
