Problems and Path in New Countryside Construction

The current status of countryside construction and land use at the central plain region of China is unplanned layout and farmers'spontaneous construction.New way was proposed according to foreign experience in countryside construction.The role of central and local governments should be strengthened.Starting from comprehensive land readjustment,a whole town or village should be planned and linked with the increase in urban construction land and reduction in rural construction land.The management mechanisms of rural land should be innovated to develop new rural construction orderly and to speed up urbanization construction and agricultural modernization.
