The Socialist New Country Construction and Rural Land Management

The socialist new countryside construction is a strategy taken to coordinate the development in city and countryside,a historic task in the process of modernization and a breakthrough point to resolve the problems of agriculture,village and farmers.Rural land arrangement,an important means to guarantee the construction of new countryside,refers to the comprehensive management of farmland,water,roads,forests and villages through administrative,economic,legal and technological means in rural regions.This paper,based on the aim of constructing new countryside and an analysis of the connotation of rural land arrangement and its significance in new countryside construction,puts forward a series of countermeasures to enhance the development of rural land arrangement.
