Abstract
Remediation techniques and resource utilization of polluted sediment are discussed in this paper. The remediation techniques include physical treatments, such as dredging, capping, water diversion, and bioremediation;chemical remediation and bioremediation.Physical treatments can obviously control contaminated sediment, but cost too much, while bioremediation is just reversed. The resource utilization of polluted sediment is to use sediment as a resource, such as land reclamation, filling material, construction material and waste water material and so on.Advantages and disadvantages of each remediation technique, and resource utilization approaches are analyzed and compared.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
