Abstract
Objective:To know the sanitary status of meat products in Hangzhou market.Methods:Listeria monocytogenes investigation of 70 meat products,50 raw and 20 cooked meats,sampled from two supermarkets and three farmers′ markets in Hangzhou,May and November 2007 were detected based on GB/T4789.30-2003.Results:A total of 19 products were detected and the positive rate was 27.14%(19/70).Conclusion:Meet food,especially chilled(frozen) meat in supermarkets,contaminated seriously by Listeria monocytogenes.Other kinds of meats are comparatively safe.So the sanitary management on chilled(frozen) meat should be enhanced.
