Abstract
Objective:To investigate the pollution status of Salmonella,Listeria monocytogenes,O157:H7 and Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Hangzhou food market.Methods:95 cases of samples including raw meat,cooked meat,aquatic product and vegetables were collected from May to October 2008 in Hangzhou and the detection were carried out base on GB/T4789-2003.Results:21 cases of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 95 samples including 11 cases of Salmonella,9 cases of Listeria monocytogenes and 1 case of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,O157:H7 was not found.Conclusion:The situation of food contamination is not good in Hangzhou,especially the raw meat is polluted by Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes more seriously,and the management of food hygiene should be improved and enhanced.
