Abstract

Objective To investigate the relation of pre-S1 antigen to HBV-M and HBV-DNA.Method The HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb,HBcAb and pre-S1 antigen were determined with ELISA and HBV-DNA were analysed with FQ-PCR.Results the detection rate of HBV-DNA was46.8%,the positive rate of HBeAg and pre-S1 antigen was 35.6%,79.3% respectively. The positive rate in HBsAg+HBeAg+HBcAb+ of HBV-DNA and pre-S1 antigen was 88.4% and 92.1%(P0.05).The detection rate of Pre-S1-Ag in HBeAg-negative patients was significantly higher than that in HBV-DNA positive patients(72.2%/23.5%,P0.05).The detection rate of Pre-S1-Ag in HBV-DNA positive patients was 88.6%.Conclusions The pre-S1 antigen was well correlated to HBV-DNA and HbeAg,which can be used as reference indicators for assessment of level of replication of HBV.The detection of pre-S1 antigen was more significant for reflecting the viral duplication and infectivity than the detection of HBV-DNA in HbeAg-negative patients.
