Clinical Experience of tension-free hernioplasty with EasyProsthesis MESH for inguinal hernia

Abstract
Objective To summarize the use of EasyProsthesis MESH in tension-free hernioplasty of inguinal herninas. Methods Retrospective review was made on 156 inguinal hernia cases receiving EasyProsthesis MESH tension-free hernioplasty in our hospital during March 2007 to July 2009. Results One patient suffered postoperative foreign body sensation. There were no recurrence,wound infection or significant postoperative pain occurred in our group. ConclusionsThe use of EasyProsthesis MESH in tension-free hernioplasty is a safe and effective method to repair the inguinal herninas.
