Abstract
Objective To develop a method for determining contents of emodin and chrysophanol in Yiqing granules.Methods HPLC was applied for the analysis of emodin and chrysophanol in Yiqing granules with C18 column and methol-0.1%H_3PO_4(85∶15) as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength at 254 nm.Results The calibration carver was linear in the range of(0.028 6)-0.142 8 μg(r=0.999 8,n=7)for emodin.The recovery was 99.28%,and RSD was 0.83%.The calibration carver was linear in the range of 0.048 4-0.242 0 μg(r=0.999 9,n=7)for chrysophanol.The recovery was 99.75%,and RSD was 1.36%.Conclusion HPLC is accurate,sensitive,reproducible and has a better linearity for determining the contents of emodin and chrysophanol in Yiqing granules.
