Abstract
Objective To study the capability of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)that differentiate into osteoblasts and adipocyte under different experimental conditions in vitro. Methods Human marrow MSCs were induced by decaesadril,insulin,β-glycerol phosphate and ascorbic acid. The induced human bone marrow MSCs were examined by cytochemistry staining. Results Human marrow MSCs differentiated to osteoblast and adipocyte in vitro. Conclusion Human bone marrow MSCs have the capability of multipotential differentiation in vitro.
