Abstract
With the development of the information-intensive society of the network, the problem of how to protect the right of privacy of personal information has already drawn people's attention. In China, the legal protection of the right of privacy of personal information is not only one of the human rights which is protected by the constitution, but also an inevitable consequence of the information technique development of the network. So a special law should be made to protect the right of personal information, and be perfected as soon as possible from the aspect of protection of right of privacy of the citizen in our country.
