Abstract
As an important part of China's regional integration development strategies,the development plan of the Economic Circle has great importance to guaranteeing the playing of the roll of the country's capital functions,improving the capital's competitiveness,as well as leading China's economic transformation.This paper proposed the definition,specific scope,circle division and the function division of Capital Economic Circle.The paper suggested that in the course of construction of Capital Economic Circle,we should follow the guidance of the state plans,identify its core functions,innovate institutional mechanisms,strengthen infrastructure and enhance the ecological environment construction.
