Abstract
construction of Capital Economic Circle is an important strategy for The Twelfth Five Year plan. To reach comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable to the regional development the key is to integrate human resources in the region and promote it to an integration. This paper is a systematic analysis of Human resource in Capital Economic Circle from the points based on human resource density and core-border direction, which is performed in statistic features. It shows that as the density of human resource increase gradually, economic density decrease, they gather in Beijing-Tianjin area with apparent circle structure. This situation originate from difference in the regions. According to features in Capital Economic Circle,we can propose a human resources integration strategy.
