Abstract
From the background and construction significance of the development of the Capital Economic Circle,this paper analyzes the status quo and building conditions of the Capital Economic Circle;from Hebei Province reality,it points out the main problems of the Capital Economic Circle and systematically analyzes the city’s main positioning and industrial division,regional intergovernmental cooperation,transport infrastructure and ecological environment.At last,the paper carries out the countermeasure study on main problems,and puts forward to building and coordinative development of industrial division,government cooperation,transport infrastructure and ecological environment in order to accelerate the construction of Capital Economic Circle.
