Combine Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Refractory High Jaundice Huatan Huoxue Tuihuang Decoction 11 Cases Clinical Observation

[Objective] Huatan Huoxue Tuihuang decoction combined with western medicine high efficacy in refractory jaundice. [Method] Method using a prospective design, in 11 cases of hospitalized patients with Huatan Huoxue Tuihuang decoction(Chishao 20g, Zhibanxia, Chenpi, Dahuang 10g, Zexie 20g, Yinchen 30g), 1 dose/ d, decoction 250mL, morning and evening, warm clothes. On the basis of a clear primary disease treatment for the cause, symptomatic treatment of Western medicine. 14d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, bilirubin, blood lipids and apolipoproteins, adverse reactions. 4 continuous treatment regimen to determine efficacy. [Results] Treatment group 4 cases had marked effect, 4 cases were effective, ineffective in 3 patients, the total efficiency of 72.73%, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group. Serum total bilirubin(TBIL), direct bilirubin concentration(DBIL) and direct bilirubin proportion of total bilirubin(DB / TB) were improved(P0.01, P0.05). Cholesterol(CHOL), triglyceride(TG), low-density lipoprotein(HDL) and high-density lipoprotein(LDL) were improved(P0.05). [Conclusion] Huatan Huoxue Tuihuang decoction combined with western treatment of refractory high jaundice effect is significant, it is widely in clinical practice.
