New extraction method of astragaloside IV from Astragalus Root

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To explore a new extraction method of astragaloside Ⅳ from Astragalus root via continuous circular extraction method.METHODS L9(43) orthogonal design was used.RESULTS The best extraction condition was as follows: 3 solvent cycles 45 ℃ of extraction temperature,and 3 h of extraction time.CONCLUSION The method is easy to poerate and has good reproducibility.
