Abstract

OBJECTIVE To investigate the differences of decoction times ,decoction time, the amount of water and alkali(NaOH)added which impact the extract rate of the water extaction of Astragaloside and to filter out the best Astragaloside water extraction technology.METHODS The TLCS method was used to determine the content of astragaloside and use orthogonal design with Astragaloside content as criteria to filter the optimum Astragaloside water extraction technology.RESULTS The optimum technology of water decoction of Astragaloside is as follows:the crude drug is extracted three times,1.5h per time,12 times water and 1% NaOH was added, that is A3B2C3D2.CONCLUSION This technology is reasonable and practicable, which can be used as experimental basis for extraction techonlogy of Aatragalus.
