Abstract
Based on the research of sedimentary facies, using core observation and the data of thin-section identification,X-diffraction,cathodolum inescence, electronic probe spectrum and image analysis etc.,the diagenesis types of Quantou Formation in Xinli Oilfield are studied and quantitatively evaluated.Comprehensive study shows four types of diagenetic reservoir facies mainly developed in the region: unstable component dissolved induced pore diagenetic facies, moderate compacted weak-moderate cementation mixed pore diagenetic facies, strongly compacted moderate cementation relict intergranular diagenetic facies, and carbonate compacted cementation diagenetic facies.Among them, the first type, unstable component dissolved induced pore diagenetic facies,is the most favorable for oil and gas accumulation.
