Abstract

Objective To approach the expression of cell adhesion molecule CD62P in gastric cancer tissues and the relation with clinical pathology characteristics. Methods The expression level of CD62P in gastric cancer tissues and side cancer tissues of 62 patients were detected by immunohistochemistry of S-P method, and its relation with clinical pathology characteristics was analysed. Results The positive expression rate of CD62P in gastric cancer tissues was 58.1%,and there was no expression in the side cancer tissues,it was significant between the two groups by statistic analysis(P 0.05).The expression of CD62P was associated with invasion depth of gastric cancer and metastasis of lymphonode(P0.05),but had no relation with age, tumor size, tissue differentiation, diversion bethond organ, and TNM stage(P0.05).Conclusion CD62P may participate the befallen, develop and metastasis of gastric cancer, and its changes are significant to the gastric cancer and prognosis judges.
