Abstract
The law lake of clear regulation of voluntary surrender of unit crime.Traditional system can be only used in natural person who offend crime.It makes difficulty in law application.The article points out that the voluntary surrender of unit crime should be established,and probes on the identical conditions,application situation and the exception.
