On Unit Crime Surrender

Abstract
New penal code establishes the status of unit crime,for the surrender of unit crime it does not concern to identify and punish specifically in theory,there are differences in theory about unit crime surrender,which bring about the specific difficulties in judicial practice,and studies for the unit crime surrender should be done.This paper shows us theoretical distinction between them and probe in the unit surrender penalties.
