On Surrender in Unit Crime

Abstract
China's Criminal Law explicitly stipulates that the issues related to natural surrendered after the crime.But to another important crime body—unit crime,which is corresponding to natural body,there are no provisions.Crime unit surrender is an act of repentance after crime.This unit surrender should be lenient,which is inevitable demand of implementing the basic principles of our criminal law.Therefore,it has become an urgent requirement to perfect the system in litigation.
