Abstract

Mathematical models of batch distillation column are presented. The Sfunction in MATLAB/SIMULINK is used to programming the simulation programs of batch distillation column, and the rigorous thermodynamics model is used to calculate phase equilibrium. The method provides references for the design and operation of batch distillation.
