EFFECT OF MIFEPRISTONE AND MISOPROSTOL ON MISSED ABORTION

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of Mifepristone and Misoprostol in the treatment of missed abortion. Methods The pregnant women with missed abortion were given Mifepristone 150mg, orally, and Misoprostol, 0.6mg, intravaginally. The effect was observed. Results The tissues of the 86 cases were expelled completely, the effective rate being 90.5%. Conclusion Mifepristone and Misoprostol are effective in the treatment of missed abortion.
