Clinical Analysis of Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol on Therapy of Missed Abortion

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on therapy of missed abortion.Method: 168 cases of missed abortion were given mifepristone and misoprostol.Result: The success rate was 95.2 %.Conclusion: The application of mifepristone and misoprostol for therapy of missed abortion demonstrates advantages in safety,efficiency,simplicity and high success rate.It is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
