Design and Development of Land Registration Information Management System Based on ArcGIS Engine

Abstract

According to the characteristic of land registration, the combination of popular GIS and OA tech- nology, a land registration information management system for the department of land has been established. Based on ArcGIS Engine and . NET platform, integrated development mode was applied for the system which was developed using VB. NET development language. In this paper, the system framework and the some function got particularly described.
