Myogenic Yuyang Decoction in the Treatment of Stagnated Heat Type Gastric Ulcer Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[Objective]To observe the effect of Shengji Yuyang Decoction in the treatment of stagnated heat type gastric ulcer.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,196 cases of gastric ulcer healing pattern of hospitalized patients were divided into two groups according to random number table. A control group of 98 cases of omeprazole enteric-coated capsules 20mg/,1 times /d;clarithromycin capsules,oral 500mg/,1 /d,oral;metronidazole tablets 800mg/,1 times /d,oral. The treatment group of 98 cases of myogenic more disease soup(Shenghuangqi,Pugongying,Baihuashecao each 30g,Wuzeigu 20g,Xiangbeimu 15g,Dahuang,Sanqi each 10g),1 /d,water simmer in water 200mL,sooner or later oral. Continuous treatment with 28d for 1 course of treatment,observation of clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome integral,adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment(28d),curative effect. In 198 cases of patients were followed up for half a year,the observation of recurrence.[Results]the treatment group cured 57 cases,effective in 19 cases,effective 17 cases,invalid 5 cases,the total efficiency of 94.89%. The control group cured 35 cases,effective in 16 cases,effective 28 cases,invalid19 cases,the total efficiency of 80.61%. The treatment group was better than control group(P 0.05). Two groups of TCM syndromes were improved(P 0.05),the treatment group than the control group(P 0.05).[Conclusion]the myogenic Yuyang Decoction in the treatment of stagnated heat type gastric ulcer,is worthy to be popularized.
