Jianwei Yuyang Capsule Combined the Preventive Method of Treatment for Gastric Ulcer Random Parallel Control Study

[Objective]To observe jianwei yuyang capsule combined the preventive method for butyl curative effect on gastric ulcer.[ Methods]With random parallel control method,172 cases of hospitalized patients in hospital number of tail parity is divided into two groups.In the control group,86 cases of farmer for butyl,20mg/times,2 times/d;Sucralfate,1g/time,3 times/d,oral.Treatment group 86 cases lack of the jianwei yuyang capsule(Chaihu,Dangshen,Baishao,Yanhusuo,Baiji,Zhenzhucengfen,Qingdai,Gancao),9g/time,3 times/d,oral.Western medicine treatment with the control group.Both groups of consecutive treatment 7 d for 1 course of treatment.Clinical observations,ulcers,adverse reactions.4 courses of treatment continuously,judge curative effect.[ Results]Treatment group 24 cases cured,23 cases were markedly effective,effective 37 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,total effective rate was 97.68%.Control group cure 13 cases,19 cases were markedly effective,effective 31 cases,ineffective 23 cases,total effective rate was 73.25%.Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P0.05).Disease control time and improve the treatment group is better than that of control group(P0.05).[ Conclusion]Jianwei yuyang capsule combined the preventive method of treatment for gastric ulcer,curative effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
