Abstract

Objective To investigate the curative efficacy of two kinds of analgesia in induced abortion. Methods We divided 100 cases of painless artificial abortion randomly into:propofol + fentanyl intravenous anesthesia group(Group A,50 cases)and 2% lidocaine local infiltration anesthesia group(Group B,50 patients),Operation lasting time, anesthesia score, analgesic effect and complications were observed in the two groups. Results The anesthesia success rate of Group A(50 cases,100%)was higher than that of Group B(43 cases,86.0%)(χ2=3.99, P0.05);The bleeding amount of Group A [15-30ml:5 cases(10.0%),30mL:1 case(2.0%)] was lower than that of Group B[12 cases (24.0%),6cases(12.0%)(]χ2=3.97,χ2=3.89,P0.05);There were 48 cases with obvious efficiency of cervical relaxation degree(96.0%)in Group A and 42 cases with the obvious efficiency(84.0%)in Group B ,with the efficiency of Group A significantly higher than that of Group B (χ2=3.94,P0.05). One case of artificial abortion syndrome of Group A(2.0%)and 6 cases of artificial abortion syndrome of Group B (12.0%)showed fewer cases of syndrome in the former compared with the latte(rχ2=4.25,P0.05). Conclusion Propofol + fentanyl intravenous anesthesia should be chosen for painless artificial abortion, with satisfactory results.
